The Circuit is a 15-day timebox meant for crews to execute and deliver on planned nectar and sips for 14 days, with the 15th day reserved for closing out the circuit and planning for the next one. On the first day of the circuit, crews can immediately dig right into the work they have in their crew feeder, already having completed their planning and approach the day before.

For the next 14 days, crews are void of meetings and other interruptions so they can remain focused on delivering value. This concept aligns with one of our 6 principles, which is a ‘zero-meeting mindset.’
