The Garden holds blooms & stems for the hover
The Feeder contains nectar and sips for the crew
Incremental value is delivered to the consumer
Work comes down from the organization and is decomposed, pruned and prioritized in the form of blooms (business value) and stems (architectural stability), and placed in the garden. Crew leads then break down blooms and stems further into pieces of nectar, placing them in crew feeders for the crews to execute and deliver to the consumer. Stand-alone sips are also pulled into the crew’s feeder when capacity allows. During the 15-day circuit, crews deliver incremental value to the consumer that delights or brings architectural stability.
