Hummingbird Agile has created a special portal used for expedited requests from the consumer or business. Leadership senses the urgent shift in consumer priorities and quickly make sense of the approach in such a way that they can immediately respond by permitting a faster route than the way of seasonal plans.

 These expedited requests must be delivered in the quickest, most direct route possible to capture a revenue or cost-saving opportunity or to avoid regulatory compliance consequences. Like seasonal plans, expedited requests are also translated into OKRs and placed in the portfolio commitments container at a higher priority.
