Work comes down from the organization and is decomposed, pruned and prioritized in the form of blooms (business value) and stems (architectural stability), and placed in the garden. Crew leads then break down blooms and stems further into pieces of nectar, placing them in crew feeders for the crews to execute and deliver to the consumer.
