This is a hover-level session that occurs in the morning of the last day of the circuit, called The Turn, a rest day for the whole hover. It is facilitated by the hover consumer delegate and attended by the entire hover, including the key business contributors assigned to the hover product line or solution. 

Circuit close is all about bringing proper closure to the previous circuit by demonstrating completed work, getting important feedback, presenting circuit metrics, and identifying improvements to take into the next circuit.
