The artifacts used to convert the enterprise priorities into high-level work are called seasonal plans. The vision contributor and the key business contributors meet regularly to understand incoming enterprise priorities and translate them into objectives and key results (OKRs). These seasonal plan OKRs are placed and prioritized in the portfolio commitments container as ready work to be consumed by the hover(s) for further work breakdown for the hover crews.
